Catering
We offer two options as part of our catering service.
We can arrange for meals to be delivered for you to enjoy in your property. From winter warmers like Beef Bourguignonne to classic Italian dishes like pasta with fresh salad we can make it a holiday for everyone.
Alternatively perhaps you have something special to celebrate, a reunion or a special birthday. We can arrange for a chef to come out and prepare a celebratory meal for you and your friends to savour in the privacy of your own cottage.

If you'd like a celebratory meal we will discuss the menu with you beforehand and the chef will prepare the meal in your cottage using fresh local ingredients. All of this served in your property for you to enjoy at your leisure. Here's a sample of what's on offer.

Salad of honey glazed pears, toasted walnuts, Roquefort and baby spinach with a Roquefort dressing
Mousseline of salmon and prawns with a lime salsa
Smoked duck with roasted hazelnuts, caramelised apples and herb salad

Roast fillet of beef with wild mushrooms, glazed shallots and a Madeira jus
Char grilled swordfish with harissa, green beans and peppers
Baked squash with Moroccan spiced couscous and chick peas
