The Cheltenham Jazz Festival kicks off the summer again and it’s a perfect way to spend for your bank holiday weekend.
The festival is one of the most diverse and forward thinking festivals in the country, showcasing music from superstar performers, jazz legends and contemporary musicians.
From the 2nd to 7th May, this six day festival with themes such as Best of British, Jamie’s Picks, New faces as well as the Jazz Legends promises something for music lovers of all tastes.
This year sees the Luxury Cheltenham cinema The Screening Rooms being created into a boutique Festival cinema in Montpellier Gardens especially for the Cheltenham Jazz Festival with shorts and film noir and the a chance to see Ray, the critically acclaimed film following the life and career of Ray Charles.
