We’re so pleased to have this cottage exclusively on our portfolio.  Originally four separate workman’s cottages, this wonderful cottage has been restored sympathetically and as a result the house has retained a large number of original features.  

A couple of weeks ago I showed an American couple around the house.  They were delighted with the original bread oven in the living room now being used as the post box, the beams throughout and the second inglenook fireplace in the living room which now has a seat.  They thought it might be a good idea to sleep here!  We don’t recommend this…the stone flooring might be a bit cold in the morning or hard if you fall out of bed!  But it’s certainly somewhere to get away and read about the history of the area and enjoy a quiet moment to yourself.

The main house sleeps up to five with a separate annex providing accommodation for another two.  It is ideal for families going away with their grandparents, or have older children who would prefer their own space.

The lovely cottage garden, mod cons and character features are sure to make this property book up fast.

The Old Band Room

Jigsaw Holidays have recently taken this beautiful Cotswold cottage on to their books.  Just a few miles from the popular town of Stow-on-the-Wold, The Old Band Room is a delightful property tucked away in the classic Cotswold village of Naunton.  Period features are combined with contemporary touches, such as underfloor heating and broadband throughout, to make a beautifully presented home.

The front door of the Old Band Room opens into the warm and welcoming open plan Living Area.  Nights in can be enjoyed in front of the gas woodburning stove or preparing an evening meal in the spacious and well equiped kitchen / dining room.
