Tyne Hill Barn is a beautiful attached Barn conversion, which lies adjacent to the owners home and provides an excellent holiday location, set within 10 acres of grounds and the rolling hills of the Cotswold countryside.  This wonderfully restored property benefits from a contemporary style courtyard with heated pool, a Tennis Court with viewing gallery which enjoys amazing views of the Oxfordshire countryside.  A stable block and riding Menage, should you wish to bring your horse on holiday too.  A large Carp pond with boat.  The property oozes style internally and together with the beautifully maintained outdoor space is a great place to relax and enjoy the Cotswolds.

Tyne Hill Barn is equipped to the highest standards with the added luxuries you would expect from a chic boutique hotel.

All on one level:
The Open Plan Living Area is a large room which includes 2 x 2 seater sofas in front of a wood burning  stove and a large wall mounted LED TV with DVD player and Freeview.  There is also an iPod docking station. The Living Area has French doors leading to the courtyard and pool area.
The Dining Area has a table with four chairs, which can be expanded to seat six if required.
The high quality, fully fitted Kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washer / dryer.

Bedroom One has a Super King Size Bed and can be made into 2 single 3’ beds if preferred.  Fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and a reading chair, clock radio with iPod dock, wall mounted LED TV and Freeview.  The En-suite Bathroom has a large power shower, heated towel rail, washbasin and WC.

There are two steps up to Bedroom Two which has a Super King Size Bed, large fitted wardrobes, a reading chair and a wall mounted LED TV with Freeview.  The bedroom has direct access to the decking and Pool Area.  The En-suite Bathroom has a bath with showerhead attachment, separate large walk in shower, heated towel rail, washbasin and WC.

Catching the sun for the best part of the day, the Courtyard is a great place to relax by the heated pool (April - September).  Four sun loungers with umbrellas, a table with seating for four and a BBQ. 

There are numerous seating areas around the gardens to relax and enjoy the amazing views.  There are also sun loungers and chairs by the pond together with a fire pit for burning logs and the enjoyment of an open fire in the great outdoors.

Due to the close nature of the pool and the large open pond the property would not be suitable for children under six.

Tyne Hill Barn is strictly a non smoking and no pets establishment.

Tyne Hill Barn is set in the unspoilt Cotswold village of Sibford Gower.  This area offers excellent cycling and walking opportunities and the village itself has a lovely local pub with a good reputation for fine food. 

Why not enjoy a day out in the glorious town of Woodstock or Oxford taking in the beautiful colleges or Blenheim Palace, grab yourself a bargain at the Bicester Village outlet shopping centre, or for those culture vultures enjoy a performance at the Royal Shakespeare Theatre in Stratford Upon Avon. 

With easy access routes to Cheltenham just 50 minutes away or Stow on the Wold only 20 minutes by car, and London only being 1 hour 5 minutes by train.  You could not ask for a more central spot.
