The Old Granary oozes charm and character with its wealth of exposed beams, mullion windows and wood burning stove.  This delightful former farm granary is in a cracking location, tucked away in the peaceful village of Aston Magna with Moreton in Marsh near by and country walks surrounding the village.

 

Downstairs:

The Living / Dining Room has two large sofas in front of a beautiful wood burning stove, a table with 6 chairs,  a TV with DVD and Video Player and Freeview and a selection of books.

The Kitchen is fully fitted with an electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave. 

A separate Utility Room has a washing machine.

 

1st Floor:

Bedroom One has a double bed, chest of drawers, and a built in wardrobe.

Bedroom Two has a beautiful 4' four poster bed and chest of drawers.

The Bathroom has a bath with overhead electric shower, washbasin and WC.

 

The original staircase takes you to the 2nd Floor:

The Twin Bedroom is ideal for children with two single beds, chest of drawers and a selection of children’s books.

A separate room is also available on this floor where you will find a selection of children’s games and a small TV with Freeview and a DVD Player.

 

There is an enclosed garden to the front of the property with garden furniture including a BBQ.

 

Pets and children are more than welcome at The Old Granary.

Located between the popular towns of Chipping Campden and Moreton in Marsh in the North Cotswolds you are not far from attractions such as Sezincote House and Garden, Donnington Trout Farm, Batsford Falconry Centre and Snowshill Manor and Lavender Farm.  Local Farmers Markets and country pubs serving fabulous local produce are in abundance in this area of the Cotswolds – ideal for food lovers and real ale fanatics!
