Please note that this fireplace is not operational. This side of the property overlooks the main street, where you can see the old market square.
The Dining Room has a dining table and seating for four. From the dining room you can reach the kitchen, bathroom and the double bedroom.
The fully fitted Kitchen includes a cooker, gas hob, fridge, and dishwasher. From the kitchen you can access the small balcony with a table and seating for two, giving you the opportunity to sit outside on a warm summers evening looking out over the surrounding countryside.
The Double Bedroom has a 6’ double bed, fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging space and a large window where the sunlight comes streaming through in the afternoon.
The Bathroom has a bath, a shower over the bath, wash basin, WC and washing machine.
This spacious apartment has a bright and airy feel to it, benefiting from large windows and a 17’ high beamed ceiling. If traveling by car, there is a free long stay car park 500 yards from the apartment. The local train station is in Kemble, approximately 7 miles, which has direct trains to London.
This one bedroom apartment is very centrally located in the historic town of Tetbury. Within a few hundred yards of the apartment you will find the local butchers, Hobbs bakery, classic country pubs and many individual boutique shops, including the Highgrove shop, for you to peruse. If you are looking to sample some local cuisine, you will find many cafes, restaurants and tearooms serving delicious local produce. Café 53 with its secluded courtyard garden and the Chef’s Table where you can visit their fishmongers, delicatessen as well as their café / bistro upstairs are both just down the road. There is also a local farmers market just up the road from the High Room every Wednesday.
A little further a field you will find the Roman town of Cirencester; the home of the Prince of Wales, Highgrove; and the Westonbirt Arboretum, where you can view over 300 specimens of trees set in over 600 acres of land. For the more active amongst us, the Cotswold Water Park is only a short drive away. Here you can enjoy a wide range of water sports as well as walking and cycle paths, fishing and bird watching opportunities.
