Rose Barn

Rose Barn is an enchanting property which has recently undergone careful and complete restoration to create a spacious, warm and welcoming home.  The contemporary interiors beautifully complement the glass front to this property which makes the most of the sun streaming through.  The enclosed courtyard to the front of the property is particularly safe for children, whilst the surrounding nature reserve and stunning countryside further afield make this property an ideal walking destination. 

Entrance through to large hall and Utility Room.
The Kitchen / Breakfast Room is fully fitted with an electric oven and hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and microwave.  There is also a breakfast table and chairs. 
Light streams into the large, open Dining Room where you will find a large table and chairs for at least eight people. 
The Living Room has enough comfortable seating for all in front of the wood burning stove and LCD TV with DVD Player and Freeview.  There is a sofa bed, which is available for additional fee.

The Master Bedroom has a double bed plus a further single bed, wardrobe and En-Suite Bathroom with bath, hand held shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom Two has two single beds and a chest of drawers.
Bedroom Three has three single beds and a chest of drawers.
The Family Bathroom has a bath, separate shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom Four has a double bed.
Cloakroom with washbasin and WC.

Wireless internet is available throughout the whole property.  A travel cot and high chair are available upon request.

Rose Barn is strictly a non smoking establishment.

Well behaved dogs are considered.

Set within the Chimney nature reserve in the beautiful Oxfordshire Cotswolds Rose Barn is surrounded by breathtaking natural scenery and wildlife.  A walk along the nearby River Thames will take you to the popular and award winning Trout Inn. 

Just 70 miles from London and located between Cheltenham and Oxford you won’t have to travel far to get to this tranquil haven, but once you’re here it will seem that you are a million miles from the rat race.  With your batteries recharged there are many places to go and attractions to see.  The quaint Cotswold stone town of Burford, beautiful Bampton, and the extensive Cotswold Water Park all being close by.  Activities such as canoeing, horse riding, golf, water skiing, wind surfing and many more make sure that there is something for everyone.
