Owl Barn is a truly fantastic barn conversion set within a nature reserve in the Oxfordshire Cotswolds.  Its classic Cotswold stone exterior, vaulted beams, stone flooring alongside the contemporary touches such as wireless broadband and a large plasma TV all add to the appeal of this stunning property. Downstairs:

The Open Plan Kitchen / Dining / Living Room is a wonderful welcome to any party.  This enormous room has views across the nature reserve.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, electric hob and cooker, dishwasher and microwave. 
The Dining Area has a large table and seating for twelve.
The Living Area has sofas (one of which is a sofa bed) around the fireplace with wood burning stove.  A Large Plasma TV with Freeview and a DVD Player are also in this room.
Bedroom Five is located on the ground floor and includes a double bed and chest of drawers.  Please note that the Utility Room with washing machine and drier is accessed through this bedroom.

Upstairs:
Bedroom One has a double bed, chest of drawers and an En-suite shower room with washbasin and WC.
Bedroom Two has two single beds and a chest of drawers.

Bedroom Three also has two single beds and a chest of drawers.
The Family Bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom Four has a double bed and an En-suite shower room with a washbasin and WC.
