A DVD Player, Hi-Fi, a selection of adult and children’s DVDs and games and toys for children and infants are also available.

The open plan Kitchen / Dining Room is fully fitted with a double fan oven, electric hob, dishwasher and microwave. A washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge / freezer can be found tastefully hidden in large cupboards. The table can be extended to comfortably seat 10 people and a further LCD TV to watch DVDs is available. The French doors open out into the walled garden where a table and seating for 10 can be found.

Basement:
Bedroom One includes a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. This pretty room has French doors which open into the lower patio part of the garden.

Bedroom Two includes two single beds, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

Family Bathroom has a roll top bath with hand held high quality shower attachment, washbasin and WC.

1st Floor:
Bedroom Three includes a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and an en-suite shower room with wash basin and WC.

Bedroom Four includes two single beds, a chest of drawers and wardrobe.

Bedroom Five includes two full sized bed bunks, a Pack and Play cot, rocking chair and changing facilities.

Family Bathroom has a bath with a high quality overhead shower, washbasin and WC.

A high chair and a todler chair are available free of charge upon request. Two stairgates are also available. Due to the nature of the stairs they cannot be used here but they can be used between doorways.

Montpellier Villa is strictly Non Smoking and does not accept pets.

Street parking is available on the road of Montpellier Villa in Open Zones. If parking is not available here there is a car park 5 minutes walk from the house. There is a minimal charge for this (£5 per 24 hours).

Antique and craft shops; popular, award winning restaurants and wine bars; and world famous performances at Cheltenham’s festivals of Literature, Music and Science, the Everyman Theatre and of course Cheltenham Racecourse, home to the National Hunt Festival, can all be experienced within walking distance of Montpellier Villa.
