Mill Bank House provides a peaceful setting with stunning views across the Cotswold countryside.  Having undergone extensive renovation, the owners have taken great care to create a welcoming home, sure to attract guests time and time again.

Ground Floor:
The large farmhouse style Kitchen / Breakfast Room is at the heart of this gorgeous home.  Includes an electric range cooker with electric hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, table with seating for 10 and a wood burning stove.  The French doors open out onto the garden.  With views across the rolling countryside this is an ideal place to relax after a long walk.  Table and chairs for 10 and a coal BBQ provided.
A separate utility has a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Living Room is a cosy room with two large sofas, two armchairs.  TV with Freeview and Blu-Ray DVD player.
A separate Playroom has a large sofa (sofa bed if required at an additional £80 charge) and HD TV with Blu-Ray DVD player.  Plenty of DVDs, toys and games provided.

1st Floor:
Master Bedroom with Super Kingsize (6’) double bed (can be made into 2 x singles if preferred).  Ensuite includes a roll top bath with overhead shower, wash basin, heated towel rail, WC and underfloor heating.  2nd Bedroom with Double bed.  Ensuite includes a shower, wash basin, heated towel rail, WC and underfloor heating.
3rd Bedroom with Super Kingsize (6’) double bed (can be made into 2 x singles if preferred). 
4th Bedroom has two single beds.  A truckle can provide extra sleeping arrangements for one if required (£40 additional charge applies)
Family Bathroom has a bath with overhead electric shower, wash basin and WC
5th Bedroom has a Kingsized double bed.
Family Shower Room has a shower, washbasin and WC.

Underfloor heating downstairs. 

Oil fired central heating upstairs. 

Wireless Broadband is available.  

A welcome basket of logs is provided. 

Off street parking is available. 

A high chair, travel cot and stair gate can be provided upon request.

Located in the beautiful and unspoilt village of Winson, Mill Bank House provides a peaceful retreat in the heart of the Coln Valley.  With some of the finest scenery and rolling hills the Cotswolds has to offer right on your doorstep, this area is a walker’s paradise.  The truly delightful village of Bibury, famous for its National Trust Arlington Row and The Bibury Trout Farm is just a couple of miles away.  There are many fantastic pubs within a 5 mile radius - The Swan Inn and Catherine Wheel at Bibury, The Village Pub at Barnsley and the Wheatsheaf Inn at Northleach .

Why not entertain the kids at the nearby Cotswold Wildlife Park and the Cotswold Motor Museum -  home of ‘Brum’, enjoy the shopping and architecture in Regency Cheltenham, relax at the C.Side Spa within Cowley Manor or savour the delights at the local farmers markets.  Day trips to Oxford, Stratford Upon Avon and Bath can be enjoyed from this property.
