A beautiful home away from home, this Grade II listed property is a wonderful new addition to the Jigsaw Holidays portfolio.  Located in the peaceful, picturesque village of Maugersbury it provides a relaxing retreat to come back to after exploring the delights this stunning area has to offer.

Ground Floor:

Entrance into Living Room with 4 seater sofa, leather arm chair and wooden occasional chair all in front of an open fire.  

The Kitchen / Diner is a luxuriously large room – great for entertaining.  The fully fitted Kitchen includes an Aga, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, washing machine, De Longhi coffee maker and bread maker.  There is a large table and seating for at least 8.  This gorgeous room leads on to the small patio and then the lawned garden where a table and seating for 8 and a BBQ can be found.

The TV Room has a large 5 seater corner sofa, wooden arm chair, TV with Freeview and DVD player, selection of books and DVDs.  

Downstairs Washroom with wash basin and WC.

1st Floor:

Master Bedroom includes a king size double bed with electric blanket, chest of drawers and chaise longue.  

The spectacular En-suite Bathroom includes a large, free standing bath, double shower, heated towel rail, full length mirror, double wash basin and WC.  This room includes large fitted wardrobes with hanging space.

2nd Floor:

2nd Bedroom includes a double bed with electric blanket, chest of drawers with mirror above, chest and chair.  Please note that due to the nature of this property some may need to ‘duck’ when going in and out of this room!

Bathroom includes a bath with overhead shower, wash basin and WC.

The 2nd bedroom and bathroom are accessed through a separate room which has a single sofa bed available for a 7th guest (please note an additional charge does apply).

3rd Bedroom is a lovely beamed room with zip and link beds allowing for either a king sized double bed or 2 x single beds.  Also has a chest of drawers, hanging rail and full length mirror. 

Wireless Broadband is available. 
A welcome basket of logs is provided.
Off street parking is available for up to 4 cars.
A high chair, travel cot and stair gate can be provided upon request
One well behaved dog welcomed.  If you would like to bring more than one dog, please call to discuss.

The picturesque village of Maugersbury is home to this delightful cottage, just ½ mile from Stow-on-the-Wold and the nearest pub.  Magnificent views across the rolling countryside and walks on your doorstep make this area a walker’s paradise.  The Macmillan Way takes you directly from the village through the beautiful Lower Slaughter, Upper and Lower Oddington and beyond.

Foodies will be delighted to know that Daylesford Organic Farm Shop and Spa is just around the corner and a plethora of farmers markets offering fresh and locally grown produce are available throughout the area.

Guests will be spoiled for choice with the wealth of splendid National Trust properties and attractive gardens nearby: Snowshill Manor and Lavender Garden, Hidcote Manor, Chedworth Roman Villa, Batsford Arboretum and Broadway Tower.    Some of the nation’s finestcountryside, cosy traditional pubs and charming towns and villages are within easy reach. 

Day trips to Shakespeare’s Stratford-upon-Avon, historic Oxford and Bath Spa can be made from this lovely country home.
