Accommodation
This wonderful New England style lodge nestles on the edge of Isis Lakes within the Cotswold Water Park. Fitted to a high standard throughout, every desire of the holiday maker has been considered. An ideal getaway for nature lovers, bird watchers and sports lovers alike! Carp fishing is available on the lake right outside the Lodge, whilst trout fishing is also available close by – just remember to bring your rod and your license! There are many other free facilities available for your use, including three tennis courts (one of which is flood lit), a summer house with table tennis, a croquet lawn, indoor children’s play area within the pavilion, outdoor children’s play area and giant chequers.
Downstairs:
Overlooking the lake, the large Living Room is a wonderful place to sit and relax. A large sofa, and large arm chair sit in front of a 40” LCD TV with a DVD player and Sky (Sky Sports & Movies are both included). There is also a stereo with an MP3 connection. The French patio doors open up onto the private, heated dining deck with a gas BBQ.
The galley Kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and enough crockery and cookware to make it feel like you are entertaining at home. A separate dining area provides seating for all.
The downstairs Shower Room allows you to jump in the shower as soon as you get in after a long day’s activities.
Upstairs:
The Main Bedroom has a super-king size bed, chest of drawers, built in cupboard, LCD TV and lovely views over the lake.
A further three double bedrooms each have a double bed and hanging space available.
The main bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, washbasin and WC.
Off street parking is available.
Lodge 4 is strictly non smoking and does not accept pets.
Please Note that Lodge 4 is unable to accept Stag or Hen parties.
Location
The Cotswold Water Park provides a wealth of activities amongst over 140 lakes, conservation areas and wildlife reserves. Water sports, golf, walking, cycling and fishing are all available within the Water Park, making Lodge 4 is an ideal location for those that like to leave the car behind once they have arrived. A choice of pubs and restaurants can also be found within walking distance, ranging from the more contemporary bistro style restaurants to traditional pubs serving pub grub!
Located just four miles from Cirencester, The Cotswold Water Park is well located to explore the many surrounding picturesque towns and villages including Castle Combe, Bibury and Tetbury. The popular tourist attractions of Westonbirt Arboretum, the National Trust site Chedworth Roman Villa, Bibury Trout Farm and Arlington Row, a row of weavers cottages built of local Cotswold stone are all within a short drive.
