Lakeside House

This listed 19th century Cotswold house provides traditional accommodation within the grounds of the popular Fossebridge Inn.  With only three steps throughout the ground floor and two downstairs bedrooms this property is suitable for those with limited mobility.  Being just a stone’s throw from the Inn you can even order a full English breakfast!   

Downstairs:
The traditional Living Room enjoys high ceilings with armchairs and a sofa in front of the log burning stove.  Fitted with a TV with a full SKY package, DVD player and CD player. 
Leads to the Master Bedroom with a king sized double bed.  The newly fitted En-suite Bathroom has a bath, shower, twin vanity unit and a WC.
The Kitchen / Diner is fully fitted with an electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, large fridge / freezer, microwave and washing machine.  The large farmhouse table with ten chairs is adjacent to the kitchen.
Bedroom Two has a double bed and a washbasin.

Upstairs:
Bedroom Three has a double bed and a washbasin.
Bedroom Four has four single beds.
Family Bathroom with a bath with overhead shower, wash basin and WC.

Externally the cottage benefits from an enclosed front garden.  The beautiful 4 acres grounds beyond this include a private lake full of aquatic wildlife (Parents be aware).
A Z bed is available for an additional person for £35 per night.

Lakeside House welcomes well behaved dogs.

A high chair and cot are available upon request.
Off street parking is available for 5 cars.

Lakeside House is strictly a non smoking establishment.
 

Lakeside House is situated in the Coln Valley, just 7 miles north of Cirencester and 7 miles south of Bourton on the Water.  Beautiful country walks abound and the Cotswold villages of the Barringtons, the Rissingtons and the Slaughters are close by.

Why not enjoy the shopping and architecture in Regency Cheltenham, entertain the kids at the nearby Cotswold Wildlife Park and the Cotswold Motor Museum -  home of ‘Brum’, relax at the C.Side Spa within Cowley Manor or savour the delights at the local farmers markets.  Day trips to Oxford, Stratford Upon Avon and Bath can be enjoyed from this property.
