AccommodationHolly Cottage makes a wonderful base to explore the surrounding Cotswolds. It is set in a typically Cotswold village, within walking distance of the village pub and with beautiful walks to Broadway – just a 20 minute stroll away.
This cosy retreat with a light airy feel is beautifully furnished and presented. The front door opens into the Open Plan Living Area where you will find a comfortable two seater sofa (sofa bed for one if required at an additional £40 charge) in front of an LCD TV with Freeview and DVD Player. A table and chairs allow for comfortable dining.
The Kitchen is fully fitted with an electric oven & hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and microwave.
The Bathroom includes a shower, washbasin, WC and heated towel rail.
Upstairs:
The Bedroom has a 4’6” continental double bed, two bedside tables and a chest of drawers.
A small private Patio/Garden area provides seating to enjoy al fresco dining on a summer evening.
Off street parking is available for one car as well as plenty of street parking near the property.
Wireless broadband available.
A travel cot, high chair and stair gate can be provided upon request.
One small, well behaved dog welcome by prior arrangement.

Located in the idyllic village of Childswickham on the edge of the Cotswolds and within the flat open landscape of the Vale of Evesham, Holly Cottage is set in walker's paradise. With the village pub just around the corner, enjoy a taste of village life!
Broadway, typically considered one of the most picturesque towns in the Cotswolds is just a mile away where you will find a fantastic array of art galleries and eateries. Broadway Tower, offering one of England's finest viewpoints across 13 counties on a clear day is nearby and within a short drive you'll also find the picturesque towns and villages of Chipping Campden, Moreton-in-Marsh and Bourton on the Water.
Other attractions in the area include Sezincote House and Gardens, Batsford Falconry Centre, Cotswold Quad and Outdoor Activity Centre and Snowshill Manor and Lavender Farm. Shakespeare’s Stratford-Upon-Avon and the Roman City of Cirencester are a little further afield, but well worth a visit.
