This beautiful country house provides exquisite accommodation for up to 12 people within the quaint Cotswold town of Chipping Campden. With its well equipped kitchen, spacious living areas and beautiful garden this traditional, Cotswold country house is perfect for families and groups of friends alike.
Downstairs:
The Living Room has comfortable seating for 10 in front of an open fire and large LCD TV with Freeview and a DVD Player. An initial supply of logs is provided.
The cloakroom has a washbasin and WC.
The Dining Room has a large table with seating for up to 10 people.
The large fully fitted Kitchen has an Aga, separate oven, electric hob, combination microwave / grill, large fridge / freezer with ice maker, dishwasher and washing machine. A large table with seating for 10 provides a less formal dining area which also has a 50” LCD TV with Freeview.
Accessed through French doors in the Living Room and the Kitchen, this beautiful country garden has two large tables, seating for 12, a BBQ and two sun loungers. With fields behind, the garden feels very secluded and private. Seasonal vegetables are often left for guests to enjoy, fresh from the vegetable patch in the garden.
Upstairs:
There are four double bedrooms (6’, 5’ and 2 x 4’6”) and a family bedroom which sleeps four in two single beds and a bunk bed. The master bedroom has a 6’ double bed and a large en-suite bathroom with a double Jacuzzi bath, separate shower, washbasin and WC.
The Bathroom includes a bath, separate shower and washbasin. The WC is in a separate room.
An enclosed yard is available for dogs, which are also allowed in the Kitchen.
A computer with internet connection is available and wireless broadband is also available for those wishing to use their own laptop.
This property is strictly Non Smoking.
Dogs are more than welcome at Hartfield but must remain in the enclosed yard and the kitchen.
A driveway accommodates parking for at least 4 cars.
Location
Located in the heart of Olde world Cotswolds Hartfield is well located for exploring the region. A choice of traditional country pubs serving local ales are within walking distance, with many excellent choices a short drive. There are many walking opportunities, including a stunning walk to Broadway Tower. Attractions in the area include Sezincote House and Gardens, Batsford Falconry Centre, Cotswold Quad and Outdoor Activity Centre and Snowshill Manor and Lavender Farm.
