Kitchen and Breakfast Area
The state of the art Loxleys oak kitchen includes granite worktops, seven ring gas range with griddle, two large ovens (one with pizza / bread making facility), combination oven, microwave, American style fridge / freezer and dishwasher.  A separate utility room is where you will find the washing machine and tumble dryer. 
Very much the heart of the house, this beamed area includes a solid timber table which seats 12 and an impressive Cotswold stone fireplace.   
French doors open onto the south facing terrace with seating area and BBQ, fantastic for entertaining on those sunny days.  
Dining Room
Ideal for more formal entertaining, the dining room exudes elegance with its large, greyed oak dining table with fabulous upholstered chairs for 10 and an impressive Cotswold stone fireplace. 
Living Room
Curl up in front of the fire, read a book, or just take in the magnificent views of the surrounding countryside in this wonderful room.  The Halle and Voight baby grand piano resides in this room as well as a large TV with SKY package, DVD Player and music system that can be heard and controlled throughout the house.

Located in the heart of Olde world Cotswolds Elkstones is well located for exploring the region.  A choice of traditional country pubs serving local ales are within walking distance, with many excellent choices a short drive.  There are many walking opportunities, including a stunning walk to Broadway Tower.  Attractions in the area include Sezincote House and Gardens, Batsford Falconry Centre, Cotswold Quad and Outdoor Activity Centre and Snowshill Manor and Lavender Farm.

Short breaks are welcomed all year at Elkstones, except between 6th and 27th August 2010.
