Set in the Cotswold countryside, Elgin is a wonderfully located 200 year old barn conversion.  With its original beams and stone walls it provides plenty of warmth and character in a tastefully recently renovated property.

Downstairs:
The ceramic tiled fully fitted Kitchen includes a cooker, gas hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and a breakfast bar with seating for two.

The Living Room has four armchairs around a coffee table, TV with Freeview, Video player and DVD player.  A selection of books and children’s videos are also provided.

The separate Dining Room has a large dining table with seating for four.

The Cloakroom has a WC and washbasin.

Upstairs:
Bedroom One has a 6’ double bed, chest of drawers and dressing table with outstanding views over the Cotswold Hills.  The En-suite Shower Room includes a washbasin and shower. 

Bedroom Two has two single beds, chest of drawers and hanging space available.

The Bathroom has a large bath with a shower over the bath, washbasin, WC and heated towel rail.

The courtyard outside the front of the barn provides an area to sit and enjoy the morning sunshine.  A large secure grassed area just the other side of the owner’s main house is an ideal area for the children to run around in.  Mobile phone reception depends on your network, but wireless internet connection is available in the property.  You have shared use of the owner’s washing machine and tumble dryer available to you.

Located down a private road in Gretton Fields, Elgin provides an excellent base to explore the North Cotswolds.  Sudeley Castle, Snowshill Manor and Lavender Garden, the Gloucestershire and Worcestershire Steam Railway and Broadway Tower are all within a short drive.  The picturesque Cotswold towns and villages of Winchcombe, Broadway, The Slaughters and Stow-on-the-Wold are also close by.

Well served for its variety of excellent eateries you will find amongst others The Royal Oak, a child friendly country pub well known for its excellent food and real ales and the Michelin Star Number Five Restaurant which focuses on traditional British cooking with a French influence are all within close proximity.
