Location

Dairy Cottage is located in the small Oxfordshire village of Churchill, where you will find The Chequers a short walk away.  You will always find a good selection of real ales and excellent food in this friendly contemporary pub.  If a quaint country pub is more your style, The Fox in Lower Oddington is only 4 miles away.  Fresh local produce can be found at the renowned Daylesford Organic Farm Shop, the farmers markets in Moreton-in-Marsh and Stow-on-the-Wold and the WI market in Chipping Norton all within close proximity.

Churchill is situated between Chipping Norton and Stow on the Wold making Dairy Cottage well positioned to explore the Cotswolds.  There are footpaths running through Churchill, connected to the Diamond Way and the Oxfordshire Way providing ample opportunities for a leisurely ramble or a more strenuous hike.  A short drive from the cottage, you can visit Donnington Trout Farm, Sudeley Castle and Snowshill Manor and Lavender Farm.

Further a field, Blenheim Palace, the birthplace of Sir Winston Churchill can be found and for theatre-goers The Royal Shakespeare Company in picturesque Stratford Upon Avon is a 45 minute drive away.
