Ground Floor
Open plan living room comprises a modern kitchen with clean, sleek lines enhanced by full length mirror/splash back that adds to the overall sense of space. The neutral finish of the kitchen cabinetry maintains the feeling of space throughout, offered fully equipped, benefiting from siltstone work surfaces and breakfast bar, stainless steel Neff and Miele appliances.

The living area spills out onto a large timber, secluded veranda (16 meters long) with the opportunity for alfresco dining over the serene lake. The property makes the most of its location with full height southwest facing panoramic double glazing affording uninterrupted views from the edge of the lake.

Bedroom 4 - a ground floor waterfront bedroom with a king-size bed with adjacent toilet & shower room.
First Floor
First floor bedrooms - Choose from three waterfront bedrooms each offering breathtakingly tranquil views from the floor to ceiling full width panoramic glass windows.
Master Bedroom En Suite - This exceptionally large master bedroom sleeps 2 adults on a king size 4 poster bed. This private room is spacious and luxurious, with an open plan dressing room with the option of a single bed and a z bed available for use by 2 children. There is also a living area and en suite bathroom.

There are 2 car parking spaces outside the house with a further 2 spaces in the overflow car park which is free of charge.

Bowmoor Lodge is strictly a non smoking and no pets establishment.
No Stag or Hen parties.
Please note that from October to March access to the lake is suspended in order to protect the over-wintering bird population - this restriction applies to kayaking, boating, fishing and swimming.

Bowmoor Lodge is located within the private and prestigous Lakes By Yoo development. You will have access to the whole estate which is one big garden of around 650 acres
Most weekends the estate management organises numerous, free activities:
archery, fly fishing, bush craft sessions, BBQ\'s at the fishing Hut using crayfish and trout caught on site, sailing, Zip Wire, Power kiting, yoga, films for all ages in the fishing hut etc.
There is an Executive Club Lounge with a designer piece pool table, pc and internet access, plasma TV, honesty bar, library, south facing veranda.

If you find time to explore the surrounding Cotswolds after all of the on-site activities, within a short drive you can visit the abundence of farmers markets offering fresh and often organic home-grown produce, grab a bargain at Bicester Village, offering designer clothes at discounted rates or have a spot of lunch at one of the fabulous restaurants or pubs that the Cotswolds is so well known for.
Full spa facilities due for completion by spring 2012:
The spa will include a 20 metre heated indoors pool, fully equipped gym, sauna, treatment rooms and outdoor cedar hot tub as well as an executive club house with fireplace and lounge seating area. Within the grounds there will be a basketball court, barbecue area, children’s play area and tree house. The spa will be set in an orchard and arboretum of apple, plum, cherry, giant redwood, copper beech and whitebeam. Induction charges may apply.
