Ground Floor:
The open plan living area exudes character with its exposed walls and original beams.  
Living Room is a great space for relaxation and catching up with family and friends with two large sofas.

Kitchen / Dining Room is fully fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, large fridge and freezer with ice maker and dishwasher.  The dining area is light and airy with a table and seating for 10.  The large French doors open out onto a courtyard where you will find a large table, seating for 8 and a BBQ – perfect for entertaining. 

A separate Utility Room has a washing machine and tumble dryer.  The Cloakroom has a washbasin and WC.
TV Room has a large LCD TV with Freeview, DVD Player and a Wii.  A sofa bed can be used to accommodate an additional two guests (at an additional charge of £80 per stay or per week).

1st Floor:
The Master Bedroom is a light and airy room with a 6ft double bed (these are zip and link and can be made as two single beds if preferred), chest of drawers and fitted wardrobes.  The En-suite Bathroom has a bath with a wall fixed overhead shower, washbasin, heated towel rail and WC. 

2nd Bedroom has a 5ft double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe.  The En-suite has a shower, wash basin and WC. 

3rd Bedroom has a single bed and a chest of drawers.  There is a separate toilet with washbasin next door to this bedroom.  

2nd Floor:
4th Bedroom has two single beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. 

5th Bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. 

The Family Bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC.
 

Wireless Broadband available downstairs.  Due to the nature of this character property, signal upstairs may be limited.

Off street parking for 2 cars is available a short walk from the house. 

A high chair, travel cot and stair gate can be provided upon request.

Blackjack House is located right in the heart of Cirencester.  Jessie’s Smith’s Butchers, where you can buy Liz Hurley’s famous sausages is just across the road, as is a wonderful deli, bistro and coffee shop.  You can discover the history of the Cotswolds at the Corinium Museum just around the corner or have a great day out at the Cirencester Polo Club every Sunday May – September.

Why not visit the quaint Cotswold villages of Barnsley, Bibury with the world famous Arlington Row or Castle Coombe?  Walk through the Autumn leaves at Westonbirt Arboretum, turn your hand to a spot of fishing or water skiing at the Cotswold Water Park, or watch death defying flights by the Red Arrows at Fairford’s Royal International Air Tatoo.
