The Living Room has a cosy two seater sofa in front of the large inglenook fireplace with open fire, a gateleg table and two chairs, LCD TV with Freeview, DVD Player and a CD / Radio.
The small but fully equipped Kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, fridge with freezer box, microwave and washer / dryer.
Upstairs:
The gorgeous Bedroom includes a king size double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and an LCD TV with Freeview and a DVD Player.
The Bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, washbasin, WC and a heated towel rail.
To the front of this well presented Cotswold cottage you will find a beautiful country cottage garden. The table and chairs provide a lovely setting for breakfast, whilst the garden seat is often used to enjoy the peaceful surroundings or leisurely read the paper.
Off street parking is available for two cars across the lane from the cottage.

With the choice of three local pubs in the village and just a few miles from Burford this Cotswold cottage is an excellent choice for those that wish to be in a rural, but not isolated location. With many popular, traditional pubs both in the village and a little further afield, this cottage is well suited to those that enjoy sampling the local ales and sitting down for some good old English pub grub!
Walking opportunities and cycle paths are in abundance in this area and a short drive away Burford, Bourton-on-the-Water and the quaint village of Bibury with its Arlington Row can be found. Local attractions include the Cotswold Wildlife Park, Blenheim Palace in Woodstock, Bibury Trout Farm and many National Trust Houses and Gardens. Oxford is approximately 20 miles from this Cotswold cottage.
