Downstairs:
Fully fitted Kitchen with underfloor heating, cooker, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. The decorative Aga remains from the days when the cottage was heated by oil, but cannot now be used. Back door opens out onto a secluded patio with herb garden, table and chairs, Weber BBQ and mood lighting perfect for enjoying the long summer evenings all set within an acre of private grounds including a garden and orchard.
The Cloakroom has a WC and washbasin.
The Living / Dining Room includes two large sofas in front of a woodburning stove which is perfect for curling up in front of on colder evenings. A large solid oak dining table with seating for six looks out onto the garden. There is also a large (42") LCD TV with Freeview, a DVD / CD player, a selection of DVDs for adults and children and an IPOD docking station.
Upstairs:
Bedroom One has a 6’ double bed with Egyptian cotton bed linen, chest of drawers, desk, wardrobe, LCD TV with Freeview, DVD player and IPOD docking station.
Bedroom Two has two single beds with Egyptian cotton bed linen, airing cupboard, chest of drawers, a separate cupboard with hanging space, LCD TV with Freeview, DVD player and CD player.
The Bathroom has underfloor heating, a luxury roll top bath where you can relax whilst enjoying the tranquil setting, full length mirror and washbasin.
The Wet Room has underfloor heating, an invigorating rose head shower, washbasin and WC. Towels provided.
Wireless Broadband is available throughout the property.
It has pre-programmed fully controllable gas central heating and hot water.
A travel cot, high chair and stair gates are available if desired.
Location
2 Manor Farm Cottages is situated off a quiet private road approximately 20 minutes walk from Stow-on-the-Wold and 5 minutes walk from the local pub. In Stow you can enjoy the art galleries, antique shops as well as stopping off at the local bakery or pubs serving local ales.
Within a short drive from the cottage you will find Snowshill Manor and Lavender Farm, the Gloucestershire & Warwickshire Steam Railway, Sudeley Castle and the Donnington Trout Farm. You will find many walking opportunities in the local area, the Heart of England Way runs just outside the cottage. To taste the fresh local produce available in the Cotswolds you can visit the local farmers markets in Stow, Moreton-in-Marsh and Bourton-on-the-Water, whilst the ever popular Daylesford Organic Farm Shop is also within close proximity.
